Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)
An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) is a legal requirement for all new-build dwellings in the UK. Unlike existing buildings, a new build EPC is generated directly from the Design Stage and As-Built SAP calculations rather than an on-site visual survey.
